::I can tell you that the service at McDonald's was terrible. The manager, Chris, was extremely rude to a non-English speaker and didn't even bother to put anything inside the McDouble, leaving only the buns. It was a total disaster, and it's unacceptable to treat customers that way. Chris should be fired immediately for his behavior. If you ever experience this kind of service, I suggest you report it to corporate and never visit that location again.

::Honestly I hate this place, they treat there employees with such a serious undertone that it makes it incredibly an incredibly difficult work environment. I understand how to maintain professionalism in the work place while still being able to have fun with the task at hand in your own way except the way the management runs the store makes it virtually impossible to actually do anything with a real smile on your face and you end up going home feeling utterly drained and depressed not to mention still overwhelmed and tired as all hell. Also it’s incredibly difficult to get a job at one of these places in this state not because it’s so prestigious or that they only hire the best of the best, it’s because the process they put you through for getting onboarded is the most expensive and long lasting experience I’ve had getting a job.

::We had been to this mcdonald's several times. Then one night a, couple of weeks after their remodeling, I placed my order and the manager asked me to park because they needed to make some fries and they would bring the order to my car. I didn't mind because who doesn't like freshly made fries? I did notice that no other car was asked to park. They all got their food and left. No big deal. After 9 minutes of waiting a girl brought the food to the car and we left. When we got home we found out the fries we got looked like they had been sitting all day, they scraped the bottom of the barrel for small, brown, old pieces that no one should pay for. Obviously, the other drivers got the fresh fries that we waited 9 minutes for. I have not been back to this particular mcdonald's since then. If a business does not value you as a customer, take your business elsewhere and remember to leave a review about your experience.

::Not sure what the hiccup was, but the food took soooooo long to come out. The drive-thru was also backed up. Although, when we finally got the food, it was good.

::With this fastfood place remodeled does make it look alot better then before. Still good food but do wish they bring back more of the "Value menu " loved that section an made it affordable for those on a budget. But still not to costly going here. Plus added deserts helps. Easy sn wide entrance to the drive- tru afew exits an entrance this area where this is at does help since there are more fast food joints to get too as well for those who prefer something else.they keep up remodeling North Highlands restaurants of fast foods to make people feel more welcome cause this area really needs it. But I feel slowing but surely its happening.
