  Starbucks coffee is always good, imo. Their pistachio creme cold brew is just so creamy and yummy, but seriously why does the music have to be so loud? I guess our coffee was sitting there for a while, because we never heard that our order was called. I really thought they were the slowest Starbucks, and it was just that their music (which would have been chill on its own) was WAY too loud.

  The drinks are terrible and the service is really slow I waited 20mins for 2 drinks and they forgot one of them and had to wait another 10mins and there was only one person in the drive threw and me inside the place.... so can't blame it on being busy...

  Hey you know already that the coffees are good here but it is the staff especially that one manger dude. The one with a little bit of an accent. He makes the experience of shelling out a lot of $ for coffee worth every penny. He's so friendly and concerned with you enjoying the experience and making sure everything was just right in your order. I like that dude. Makes it all worth going back and getting another.

  I ordered a warm drink and when I got to the window i let the barista know I had a half off coupon. She said ok and scanned my app but never gave me my discount. I asked her if she applied it and she said no then told me she would be refunding it. I waited 5 min for her to get help then she opened the window and set "ok, lay me scan for payment." I asked her about the refund and she said it was also done so I asked her if I could get a copy of the receipt first. She sigh and said ok. She handed me my drink and it was iced, not warm and wrong size. I checked my receipt and she took the order correctly, the drink was just made wrong. Then when I finally get my drink, the espresso shots a dead....

  On my way to Fresno stopped by this Starbucks to refuel. The employee helped us decide on our drinks and was really kind. Really nice location, very accessible from the freeway. Drive through was packed but they handled it well. The drinks were also made well and tasted delicious. I would recommend this Starbucks location.
