  Went to it in the morning the girl messed up on my order asked to speak with manager. Manager didn't want to speak with me and girl in the window called me slow, like really. They r just lucky I wasn't the mystery shopper

  Had the worse experience after they got my order wrong. I went inside and get my burgers remade(2 mcdouble plain with no cheese) and the lady argued that i ordered wrong and didn't believe that I didn't receive my drink either. She had me go back to my car asked me to bring all the burgers which I did, just to prove her wrong and asks still blamed me saying I ordered wrong. So unprofessional! Never going back to this McDonald's

  When the manager saw me waiting in line she quickly went to another register and asked me to give her my order.

  First time I've been here since the fire and what a great experience. It wad fast, food was good and hot and the customer devic service was great. Keep up the good work McDonalds on Brundage and Chester!!!!

  I come and visit this McDonald's I have to say at least three times a week. It is the mega fast food franchises most central location here in Bakersfield, Ca. They must do a very high volume during lunch hours and I honestly have to say I have to commend them for never having any issues with being too slow, or getting the wrong order, or getting bad customer service. The management here must be very strong, stable, and consistent with how they run this McDonald's. I come here order a light lunch and their excellent fountain drink beverages which I would say always tastes right, never too sweet, or not enough carbonation, or having a funky taste like at other places. I would have to say McDonald's as a whole does a great job at this. I have been to other fast food places, gas stations, and even sit down restaurants and I do not know exactly what it is, effort maybe? Their fountain drinks are never as good as McDonald's. Good Job guys, and thank you for often during the week being a part of my day. This is just Roy, stay blessed.
