  there are some regulars there that are just rude and they think they own the place and the bathroom was horrible and the staff seem to be ok with regulars driving out non regulars i dont usually go to starbucks like ever but when i do it usually sucks

  I asked if they had something gluten free, they gave me a cookie that turned out to be vegan. Good thing that I double checked!

  I love Starbucks! I know that “Bucks” has its detractors, and it is a bit expensive, BUT the food is fresh and delicious, and there are many healthy choices among them. I am a tea drinker and that is about the only place that I have found that makes a delicious cup of tea. (Most places give you a half cup of cooling water with a teabag on the side). Starbucks has premium tea bags and boiling water and many sweetening options, including honey. Their coffee choices are wonderful and they are famous for them. On the negative side, many people come to Starbucks to stay indefinitely to use their WiFi and do office or homework. This impacts the available seating for those who need a place to eat their meal. All in all, you get great affordable food and a convivial atmosphere in which to enjoy it.

  The store has a really nice enviroment and has more seats than most of the other locations. I ordered a white choc. mocha twice and it tasted like a coconut drink, which is a bit strange.

  All the employees were just standing around while I was waiting for my order. The "wireless" chargers don't work unless you have a specific case or an app. Not to mention the bathroom was closed and there was only one. If I ever come near this part of New York I'm never coming to this Starbucks ever again.
