::The worst. For some reason I keep giving them a chance but this place is worthless. Trenta drinks no trenta straws. One day they didn't have the stuff necessary to make any Fraps. Another day they didn't have trenta lids. How do you serve drinks and you can't order the proper supplies? I've never been to a Starbucks so dysfunctional. They need to seriously get a new manager.

::It says people spend 20 minutes here. it's because that's how long a drip coffee takes to get served. The atmosphere is friendly but the servers don't work well together, crossing back and forth and sometimes they don't have people on the register. I've been in plenty of times to know this the usual.

::Service during the day is great but this review is for the early morning staff. I have been here for a few years now and they never open at 6am (the time they are actually supposed to open) staff gets in around 5:55am and keep having everyone wait outside until they prep which takes them a good 15-20 mins. In the summer time its not terrible but in the winter and during cold mornings, its outrageous standing outside waiting for this place to open when they should have been open for a while. And then they give a ridiculous attitude when you try to confront them. Management really needs to work on this. STAY AWAY IN THE MORNING TIME!!

::I think you need more staff in the morning around 7am. It takes forever to get drinks made/orders placed and there is no sense of urgency in the few staff that are there.
