  The bathroom was DISGUSTING! There was feces on the toilet and the seat. I brought it to the employees attention and they quickly dismissed me by saying they're not responsible for that. I wasn't a fan of their nonchalant attitudes towards me and this situation. I ordered 2 drinks and 1 of them was not to my liking and they had conveniently run out of drink holders. I'll go to 16th St next time.

  I tried to use the restroom here and was told that I had to purchase something. Another worker told me on another occasion that he was lucky that he was letting me sit there because I didn't buy anything.....but I did!!! Most definitely poor customer service.

  I LOVE this location, it is the best location I have been to in DC. Like other people said, it is a little tiny but the staff are AMAZING and always go above and beyond.
