  Great little Starbucks. The staff was friendly, too. I was surprised that their milk and creamer was done by the staff. I'm not sure if this is a precaution against homeless or people taking advantage of the milk, but it comes off as unfriendly for something so insignificant. They did have limited counter space, so maybe it was just that.

  The service at this Starbucks is glacially slow. Although they have two cashier terminals, I have rarely seen both operational while the order line reaches the door and the pickup area fills with people. Very bizarre layout and inefficient baristas. More staff needed for this busy location next to MGH and the Charles Street T station.

  It's a Starbucks, they're all the same. Decent drinks, mediocre food. Five stars because if you go to a Starbucks expecting anything else you've lost sight of what it means to be human.

  My favorite local Starbucks. Fast, friendly, helpful. Staff is great. There aren't always a night seats though. It's a very small location.
