  I was attended to by management, she did not give me the receipt, I took it and she got horrible angry, she insulted me and disrespected me very rudely, to which I replied that if she had a bad day that it was not my fault that she supposedly had to be nice to The clients ... and he kept insulting me and telling me that he didn't care that I was a client ... what a pity that people don't give up their work

  Ordered a new "menu item"; breakfast sandwich which seemed to confuse the hell out of the cashier who proceeded to ring in the wrong order. No receipt. Ok, I'll take it anyway in the name of time; but the other person gave my wrong order to another customer who was waiting for a muffin! He returned the order which she promptly threw in the trash rather than checking to see if it belonged to any of the other customers waiting for their orders. After another 5-10 minutes waiting I just left frustrated and hungry.

  Be sure to get a receipt with your order. Have to repeat yourself a few times as half the cashiers don't fully understand English. Got a hot latte today that somehow was served barely room temperature. Save yourself the frustration and walk down the block to another location.
