::They don't always call out when your drink is ready nor do they place it anywhere you can see it. Pretty apathetic attitude from the cashier too. Would rather go to other locations where they seem to care at least a little bit.

::Says it opens at 5 a.m. but I pulled into the drive thru and there was a note on the intercom that said to pull forward for assistance when I did I was completely ignored for all of 10 minutes by the young lady who just looked at me while I kept trying to ask her if they were not taking any customers. Stay away first thing in the morning you will not be serviced!

::Really Short guy in hat constantly wants to warm up pastry’s that customer asks that not be warmed... Chunky Bearded Hispanic guy has an Bad attitude wouldn’t call out that my drink when Done didn’t know it was on the counter for a while.. I didn’t want to be RUDE and ask, the store was busy and the drive thru line was backed up.. lately service just sucks here..

::I come to this Starbucks quite often. The service is mostly great but today they completely messed up my order. I ordered a blonde almondmilk latte with Splenda in the drive thru... Whatever they gave me was clearly not a latte of any sort... Looked like a watery coffee. I returned to the location and walked inside to get my correct drink. They of course remade the drink (as you could see that it wasn't right...no questions asked). They still messed up the remade drink...it was ridiculously strong (like a double shot would be noticeable stronger) with no sweetener added at all. I returned to the counter to say that my order still wasn't right & was treated as if I was the problem. They even implied that the sweetener was at the bottom of the cup... Lol... Wow... I think I can tell when a coffee has no sweetener. Sorry Starbucks but it's quite possible that the baristas got it wrong twice. It happens. I was polite about it but did not understand how you could drop the level of customer service just because I wanted the right drink. Making customers feel like they are wrong isn't good service.
