  I asked for a iced coffee and I had to make it myself for the reason I guess my order was to difficult to under stand I asked for a venti caramel iced coffee with classic syrup & cream and all I got was iced coffee with just caramel and gave it to me to add the rest witch didn’t taste the way it normally does then recommend a sugar that didn’t dissolved cus the coffee was cold so I was chewing on small chunks of sugar
