  I came at 6-50pm to grab a cup of coffee The barista put a sign in front of me saying "closed". Although the entrance says that they are open until 7.

  Lazy and disrespectful workers. Messed up my drink 3 times then had an attitude about it. Do your job or don’t apply goofy.

  RUDE EMPLOYEES! Particularly the fat latino man, he makes drinks and leaves them at the counter with no lid. Acts angry when you ask for a lid and straw.....

  Need new staff, stopped in on a Saturday at noon, tried to engage with staff, all of them were curt , almost dlckish, really sad considering the stores I frequent most, i.e. Eastgate, and Issaquah are awesome....I won't be back to this location.

  Service left a lot to be desired. One employee doesn't wear his mask properly. You can't order any hot food, because they don't care to fix the broken oven.
