  It's Starbucks... downtown with coffee and a great view. What is there not to like?!

  THE REASON I ORDER QUAD VENTI SOY LATTE, IS BECAUSE I LIKE THE TASTE OF COFFEE, NOT WARM SOY MILK. HOWEVER, THIS MORNING I AM SURE THAT I DID NOT GET A QUAD EVEN THOUGH I PAID EXTRA FOR IT. THIS HAS HAPPENED AT SEVERAL DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AT STARBUCKS, INCLUDING THIS ONE THIS MORNING. I KNOW IT TAKES LONGER TO MAKE, BUT I EXPECT TO GET WHAT I PAY FOR. I WON'T BE COMING BACK.

  Three times in a row my order has been wrong. I ordered a caramel macchiato and it only had two sips of coffee in it. I then ordered a sweet cream vanilla cold brew and I received the coffee and it was completely black without the sweet cream. I also waited 15 minutes to get my order while they continuously made their rapid pick up orders in front of me. I am very frustrated with the service of this location.
