  So far this location, which opened fairly recently, has been pretty good. They often call out your order by name, which is a nice touch. The inside is clean, attractive, and fairly spacious.

  Starbucks at Columbus and 100th is severely lacking in customer service the staff talks to each other and will joke around instead of paying attention to the customers... always long lines and not the most professional Starbucks I've emcountered.

  New Store few months old. Cozy little place in Staten island. Surprised to see one here.
