::The girl on drive thru this evening was over the top rude. I initially asked for a beverage that apparently wasn't available in a trenta. I was rudely informed of this fact, when the disgruntled barista barked and very shortly asked If wanted something else. To which I responded 'not anymore' and left the drive thru and straight to Caribou Coffee where they are always polite and never pretentious. I'm a lifelong food service industry worker, so I definitely know life isn't always happy, and sometimes I hate my job, but I never let a guest know it. I also over-tip. Too bad they couldn't contain their disdain for a 30 second transaction or they would have found that out.

::This is one of my favorite Starbucks in my area. They are very kind and nice and make my drinks right all the time. Love it here and recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the close area!!

::Coffee doesn’t taste the same here like at other Starbucks they also charged me $5 for a tall when I get the same coffee and it’s a venti for the same price I was going to say something but I just didn’t have the energy !!

::No one in line and yet they still got my drink wrong. When I returned to get the correct drink, the server refused to take back the wrong drink. STARBUCKS POLICY IS THEY DO NOT TAKE BACK WHAT THEY PASS THRU THE WINDOW. SAFETY REASONS???? THEIR STAFF HAS TOUCHED THE PRODUCTS, IT IS THEIR ERROR AND I DON'T GET WHY THE TRASH BECOMES MY PROBLEM WHEN THEY HAVE A PLACE TO DISPOSE OF THE WRONG PRODUCTS.

::This Starbucks in particular is staffed with really nice and polite staff members. Orders are quick and quality, not a very busy Starbucks so you'd be able to relax while you drink your coffee in the lobby. Also nice stock of cups to purchase from.
