::The staff is pleasant! excellent customer service abilities! Quick service! There are no long lines! This time, I didn't get any food, but I did order two wonderful McCafé drinks. My ice coffee was created perfectly, with just the proper amount of caramel, coffee, and ice. Caramel Mocha with just enough whip cream was also excellent. I'll surely come back for more beverages. good work Keep up the fantastic work, McDonald's.

::THIS MCDONALD'S ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. I visited this McDonald's on April 13th for lunch. All I wanted was a cheeseburger and some french fries. I went inside and got in line and I waited and waited and waited. Finally I asked the manager if anyone was going to take our order. She waved us off and said something that I think was in Spanish. I'm not going to beg for them to take my money so I left. The guy in front of me also left. Since I was already there I tried the drive-thru. This was also painfully slow. My French fries were cold, and my cheeseburger was old. I don't know if they are short of staff, but the management is definitely short of any reasonable management skills. I will never return. A lady at work recommended this McDonald's. When I went back to work I told her how bad it was, and she said she won't be going there again either.

::Never enough staff. Drive thru wait is 5 mins to order after u get to speaker, then food cold by the 20 mins it takes to get to the window. All employees look visibly annoyed and practice bare minimum cust service

::Catrina is a terrible manager, and she called me buster and freak Asian cause I told him it was the wrong order. I understand that they are really busy, and mistakes can happen. I wasn’t in a hurry, but it was a horrible experience. I won't go there anymore.

::It’s the opposite of fast food. I got to the drive-through, and there was not a single car there. I waited for a few minutes, and then another car pulled up behind me. Then another car pulled up into the other drive-through lane, and the McDonald’s employee started taking his order. Then they finally took mine. so the guy they took before me went ahead and sat at the food window forever while they fixed his order. It must’ve been five minutes or more. Extremely slow McDonald’s.
