  The worst service EVER!! nobody to help at customer service desk and no matter how many times the cashier called for help to come nobody came. Been here 29 minutes and nobody is here to help yet

  you will never get any satisfaction from corporate! The store employees are wonderful but their hands are tied ! Staples lack common sense And have little understanding for their customers ! The customer is not always right!

  I never review anything but this store needs to go through restructuring and management I placed the order online for pick up at 2pm and pick up says that it should be ready within an hour. I came to Gateway I went shopping at BJ's. And then I came to the Staples the order is not ready and it is now 6 PM. When I asked how much longer they could not tell me how much longer it will take for my items to be gathered. I left the store and proceeded to go shopping at other stores and came back and still my order is not yet ready. There one hour service should be called a three hour service. For me to be able to come from across town and go to BJ's load up my car and come here and order is still not ready is a disgrace. Never again will I shop at this staples. And on top of that the service is horrible as far as staff they act as if you are bothering them and they are there to help you.

  I went in there and asked for assistance the security guard told the long hair guy to assist he just walked away .I guess they hire those who just like to milk the clock and not work.

  On April 17, 2017 at 6:30 pm my daughter and I went to staples and pick up school supply for her homework and then joined the line to pay waiting to be call for 20 minutes, when called by cashier my daughter and I went to cash, a black woman cut the line and went in front of us I didn't say anything I stand and waited for her to finish apparently the security guard walk up and say to my daughter and I we have to go back in the line so we did as he asked us to, standing there for another 5 minutes and I saw 2 other black woman cut the line at the same register where my daughter and I was. "The security guard didn't say anything" so I decided to leave all supply and walk out the store. Because I'm not BLACK I got push around by a BLACK security guard. Please, people don't support racism.
