  Raekwon and all the other employee are very unprofessional and spiteful. Raekwon over charged me because of a verbal disagreement we had over the phone for his mistake. The Spanish woman is nonchalant and not very helpful. I’ve never seen a manager, but I am going to go about this the right way ;).

  Wish there was a 0 on here because this location is the worst, how it's still open is beyond me..they are rude keep you on hold and ignore when u call not to mention waiting hours for merchandise that I paid for with a thousands of excuses when you confront them...NEVER AGAIN THEY SUCK!!!!!!

  Called 3 different times, all 3 occasions different information was given to me, I had informed a representative that I was on the way to the location to pick up a computer for school after speaking with them 3 times before and the representative said okay. When I arrived I was told calling 4 people (references) would take a week and then I can come pick up the computer. 4 people, 1 week. I explained the urgency of my situation that I needed it for school and I was told otherwise. Waste of time, horrible service and no thorough explanation. I even had explained all my references are ready to speak now to confirm, still had excuses of pure laziness. I don't know what these people get paid for. Horrible service.
