  AMAZING! Laura helped us out, no questions asked. She went completely above & beyond to make sure we left the store with EXACTLY what we needed. She even offered us to come back if what she provided wasn’t up to par so she can provide an alternative solution!

  They sold me an empty box with no graphics card. The manager Eric was rude and refused a common sense solution. He then told me to "hop off it". Nice. I will never spend another cent with Staples/office max/office depot.
