  I’m in complete shock with how nastily the general manager treated me. I was completely racially profiled. I was talked down on and not once did the general manager try to keep a civil attitude with me. This type of behavior was completely unprofessional. I would expect the training at Staples to teach their employees how to treat their customers in a professional matter.

  They tried to look up several back purchase orders to get the right type of ink cartridge for me. I was very impressed by such great customer service!!! Thank you!

  This store is so short staffed. Absolutely nothing gets done in the store it's a pathetic excuse for a Staples.
