  TOP Finishing is exceptionally top-notch. After hiring them to refinish a wood kitchen dining table and chairs,I asked if they did custom work. Richard Sheppard is truly an artist. I described a dining room table that I wanted created. It had to be large and on 2 pedestals with seating at both ends for 2. I wanted the table to seat 14-16 with a leaf. He joined with Neil Millar of Heritage Designs and created a unique one of a kind masterpiece. The pedestals are black lacquer and the table is a deep burgundy. lacquer. The shine is amazing.You can see your reflection in it. After many paint chips and discussion, we decided on the color and it is perfect. Mr. Sheppard custom colored the table to exactly what iI wanted. I highly recommend TOP Finishing and Heritage Designs.
