::Never received a call back. I called to schedule a service visit, which they did. They told me they would contact me later to let me know the total cost. Never Again! I called like three times, and never got to talk with the person responsible for my case. Last time I called, I left a message telling them that PLEASE give me a call, they never called me. Terrible experience!!!!
