  Zero stars. Worst customer service ever. - Got hung up on, twice, by customer service representatives - Was given a fake name by a "supervisor", who booked me a nonexistent appointment - The man who came out to turn off the gas when I had a leak turned off the wrong meter, leaving the leak flowing and my entire building in danger. If you are able, take your business elsewhere. I have wasted countless hours on the phone with these people and none of my issues have been resolved.
