  My rating shouldn't be a star at all, it's all negative. People that are running it, are the most disgusting in management and operations. Supposedly they close at 2:00pm, I left my office from Manhattan earlier in order to be there on time or before. I arrived at 1:50pm and found the door closed and locked, knocked and knocked and can you believe people inside not attending.

  Been trying to reach them by phone for 9 months!! Often no answering system and when I WAS able to leave voicemail (4 times) no one ever responded to my messages!!

  They never answer the phone. I have been trying to reach them for two weeks! No answering machine so I can't even leave a message. I cannot find an e-mail address either. Frustrating!
