  My company's experience with Life'stile and Stone was terrible. We made a several thousand dollar order, including radius tile that was supposed to be a specific dimension. When we got the order, the radius tile wasn't at all the dimensions that we needed, making most of the order unusable. When contacting Life'stile, they were very unhelpful and eventually stopped bothering to respond to our requests for the mistake to be fixed or refunded. Their only solution to the problem was to offer a small discount on a future order - as if there will be one of those! We are very disappointed with the customer service we received and were hoping that Life'stile would have tried to make the situation right.
