  Este servicio es deprorable porque adquirimos un iPhone 8 y no se habilita el espiquer en mesanger y los cobraron $45 solo por cambiar el teléfono,Son ladrones porque hay que pagar extra por algo q no sirve me atendió un empleado de nombre DENIS BELTRÁN

  A smaller Sprint store focused on selling phones. Courteous and knowledgeable staff if that's your goal. I went to swap a phone. They do not stock SIM cards here, so they could not help me. They knew the Sprint store a couple miles away that could, however.

  Absolutely LIVID with this branch. My family and I upgraded to the Iphone X we returned our leased Iphone 6+ and Iphone 7 to this store. We receieved a $1000 bill and where being charged for the returned phones. Called customer service and they said they never received it and that the store had to mark it in there systems. Called the store while on the phone with customer service and they said they sent back the phone December 30 even though we had activated our new phone NOVEMBER 3rd!!!!!!! To make things worse the MANAGER didnt know how to update the system!!! Dont walk away from this store RUN!!!!

  Very friendly and knowledgeable. Got me in and out very quickly. Alan answered all of my questions and was a great help. I highly recommend him and the rest of this Sprint store.

  Thanks Allen. For the wonderful experience being at your location on a Saturday morning, you were patient and you want the exercise to make sure that my phone was properly serviced. The but team members like Allen I eitherns reemphasize that there are many wonderful team members that care at Sprint. As an owner of my own small business with several lines with Sprint, I realized how important it is to have reliable customer service. Have done over 500 reviews on Facebook, google and yep, and my reviews are real and honest as I hope the others do the same. Reliable information is important. I use have a wonderful experience at this location that I've been too many times I have been in other locations and sometimes they are not as beneficial as this one, even though they don't have the repair center. Thanks so much for all your good work.
