::I came to the store by 7:12pm and store crew took my name and cell phone number for appointment. After 1 an hour 20 minutes i know she doesnt did appointment for me and when i was try to resolve my issue store crew Freddy told me i dont have time for u. Why i have to wait ? I told to Freddy i wanna to talk with store manager whatever they doesnt care about me and anyway he doesnt care about customer!!! Awful store on the leesburg pike. And now time is 8:59pm!!! Nobody still assist me!!! Just i cant imagine how u can talk about customer service when customer waiting 2 an hours ????

::If I could give 0 stars I would still give 1 just because the first visit was pleasant, even though I waited with out any employees batting an eye to me. However after every visit the employee that tried to help me seemed annoyed from the start and couldn't explain anything of why he couldn't switch number. Then the "gerneral manager" came over and talked to me in the same way with 0 customer service skills. It's okay I've returned my phone and my plan and gone with Verizon.
