  I live in California and my son is a student in Boston. I called the store about having him go in to get a new phone and switch from his ATT to our Sprint plan. An extremely professional and courteous man named James helped me over the phone, answering all my questions so my son will have everything and all the info he needs when he gets to the store. Thank you, James. I’m sure my son’s experience in the store will go as well as my call.

  Went in to fix my phone, staff was really helpful and nice. Didn't expect to enjoy getting my phone repaired

  Been with sprint for 14 years, never have had too many issurs...customer service at this location is good. They were helpful and friendly...i just went here to change my number and get a new charger and wasnt too busy when i was there, i was in and out in like 20 minutes.

  If I could give it negative stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience. I needed to turn in a device because the lease was up. They refused to accept it and just kept telling me I needed to call Sprint. But sprint specifically told me to come to this location. Also, while I was calling them, I stood in the front of their store because it was cold outside. I felt threatened as if I was going to be kicked out for no reason. I never raised my voice, Swore or called anyone names, yet I I was treated as if I was a piece of dirt. I did report the store to Sprints customer service. Thank God for their online and phone customer service because if I had to deal with a store ever again I’d cancel so fast.
