  my friend goes here to wave at the customer service agent she has a walker so we don't go up the stairs but say hello from the street. she said that their bluetooth headsets are 100.00

  Tai was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He fixed my phone!!! I definitely recommend this place!!!

  This T-mobile store (3819) is awesome , i had a really good costumer service experience . Sausha Capo was the best, she answered all my questions and was really nice .

  I want to start off by saying I love T mobile service and how the company treats their costumers. However this branch is terrible and has horrible customer service. Staff here made no effort to greet customers or manage the wait expectations. I sure didn't feel like a customer, hell i didn't even feel like I existed as a human being at this branch
