  I have had Sprint for many years but today 01/25/18 my phone was cut off by my ex. Then after all these years and me being a disabled veteran. Sprint doesn't think want to give me a phone are service. I can't be angry with them but for years they have automatically been taken the payments. Today I was told I could pass they credit check. But my money was good for over 15 years. Wow this is how we treat our loyal customer and veterans. Thanks for your support Sprint. Yours truly Ssg Keith Perique ret. Disabled Veteran.   Horrible! Techs are super lazy & barely even look at your phone & oh say you have to file a claim. Pure freaking lazy workers. Never will be back here.

  They didn't have the phone I wanted in stock so they went to Elmwood to get it! That is good customer service.

  Warning!!! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A SCREEN SAVER FROM ANY SPRINT LOCATION!!!!! I bought a screen protector for a galaxy s8 for my husband from this location the guy that works there put the screen protector on and threw away the box after giving it to my husband he had trouble with it and couldn't swipe on the screen so he took it off I CALLED THEM TO SEE IF I COULD RETURN IT AND THE WOMAN SAID ONCE THEY PUT IT ON YOUR PHONE YOU CAN NOT RETURN IT! THEY SHOULD TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT BEFORE THEY PURCHASE A WORTHLESS $60 SCREEN PROTECTOR! ITGEY ARE JUST WORRIED ABOUT MAKING THAT COMMISSION!!!DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY AND AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! I WILL LET MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW AND ALSO WILL BE POSING THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA!!

  Sprint is horrible. They never want to help you unless there is a money transaction. Every time I need support or free service, I get the runaround. Simple stuff like getting a new sim card. They tell me I have to buy it from Best Buy.
