::It is a beautiful store full of all these little and big gadgets for every gadget, hi-fi, tech, ..., lover. The staff is very helpful, takes time in giving information needed, very kind. Thumbs up! 👍

::The guys at Geek Squad are always so nice and helpful. They explain the different packages and what they cover and they are the best at getting viruses off computers. I once paid a company $400 to fix my computer and they couldn't fix it and had to give me a refund and I brought it to Geek Squad + got my computer back & less than two days and it was running like new and was faster than before. And they charge me less than half the price.

::Awful customer service. I went in this morning to pick up the phone I reserved online last night. The man at the mobile counter would barely speak to me. He found my phone, set it up (minimally) and handed me a bag with the phone still in the box and receipt in the bag. It was pretty quick but his demeanor made it seem like he was being inconvenienced, which made me uncomfortable. Afterwards i was looking for a case and didn't see any, obviously circling the aisles, and none of the three employees who were standing at the end of the aisles talking amongst themselves asked if I needed help. Do not go here unless you're in a situation like I was where they're the only store with what you need in stock.

::The sales lady deserves the 5 stars, the store deserves 0. Not enough personal to help the many customers. Seems like everything is geared to the bottom line. NOT THE CUSTOMERS.

::Helpful staff, issues resolved fast. Would be higher rating if their inventory wasn't limited and consisted of products solely in a certain price range and up. All across departments this B.B. has severely limited stock. They're mostly pushing phones, smartwatches, and computers. Hardly a superstore if 35% of the floor is spent on these things. (Note: This practice makes sense due to the "tax bracket" of the area so to speak.)
