::HORRIBLE CUSTOMER!! WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PENNSYLVANIA STORE AGAIN , THEY ARE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, MISLEADING, DISHONEST AND UNHELPFUL. AFTER WALKING OUT I WHEN TO ANOTHER STORE AND EVERY THING THEY SAID THAT CAN'T BE DONE I GOT DONE WITH OUT A PROBLEM. ::Called 3 times just now. No answer in an hour. And the 4th call i got a busy signal. Maybe they are that busy but im swinging by in a few. If they are empty im dropping this review down to 1 star. Customer service is the one thing they have complete control over.

::I am not sure what happened to the other customers that wrote reviews, but I have nothing but amazing things to say about this Sprint Store. Specifically, I want to say that Hans and Bianca were amazing. I had been having nothing but problems with another Sprint store location and Sprint customer service. Together they spent 3 hours with me trying to get my problem worked out and they succeeded. I have never met two customer service members that were so patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will only be going to this Sprint Store in the future and I would recommend that everyone else follow suit.
