  I came into this store after being treated badly by the store on Zero. The Gentleman behind the counter was Awesome. He was speaking to some previous customers as we arrived. Once they left the store he was all to what we needed. The previous store was trying to charge us for a repair fee on a piece that was not put on correctly which we didn't know he slid it off and fixed it no problem. No charge. He explained store credit told us about the One X we are wanting to purchase soon. He made us feel like our business mattered and wasnt just money in the drawer. He was Excellent Changed our home store Just because of this experience in itself

  The cashier was very nice but he didn't tell me how important it is that i buy a plug in to save data.

  I called for a game and asked if it was available. Was told yes then went all the way to the store and was told no not till Tuesday. Meanwhile I know a few people who went to the gateway store and got the game when they didn’t pre order it or nothing. If they would just told me no over the phone instead making me go all the way there to tell me no i would’ve been fine with it.
