  best sprint store in the area! charlie was very helpful and explained everything clearly and gave me the best deal. will definitely recommend.

  This sprint store has excellent service from all of the employees especially Anais and I cant thank them enough for all of the effort they put in to make sure all of my problems were solved.

  Amanda is a great rep had some personal issues and she was able to resolve my issue and got me to and my phone awesome person ask for her 😍😘

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I switched my account from AT&T to Sprint, joined my husbands plan and opened a new account. I had problems from day one with my phone not connecting properly. They sold me on a rebate offer and told me they were going to take care and submit the paper and NEVER did. They have lied to me about their promotions, cost me time and made me lose the promotion, and have given me the run around when I ask about information. I went to a corporate store and they told me they never heard of the things they told me to do. My name went into collections because of them. They are only there to take your business and then any problem you have they will send you to the corporate store. Poorly trained and unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I could.

  amazing customer service, I highly recommend coming into this sprint store. From the sales process to my ongoing issue with my phone, Gladys and yahira helped me solve all of it. They were patient and extremely helpful! They deserve raises !!!
