  Everything was perfect. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The valet/shuttle driver (Kirk? tall, slender young man) was incredibly friendly and we had a lovely time every time we got the chance to interact with him. We took a shuttle downtown to the Ryman on Sunday night and there were some folks on our shuttle that wanted to go somewhere far outside the range. He told them he couldn't take them all the way there but he'd get them as close he could. I was getting nervous because I thought we were going to be late for our show, but it turns out, your staff member knew exactly where he was going and exactly how long it would take to make the best of a bad situation for other guests and still get us where we needed to be on time. My partner has also has several dietary restrictions and your complimentary breakfast was more than satisfactory. The room was clean and quiet. More than a great stay.

  Good front desk service. Rooms are large and comfortable. Beds comfortable. Not a luxury hotel but good for the price. 5 bucks uber to bars at Broadway

  The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. It's located near many local hotspots within walking distance.

  Perfect place to stay! Incredibly friendly staff and clean, well kept rooms. The location makes it cheaper and quieter than downtown but still close to everything. Take a run down music row and through the Vanderbilt campus. Definitely hit Hattie Bs Hot Chicken but order ahead for pick up to avoid the line.

  Good location. Wonderful staff. Nice amenities. Only issue is that bathroom doors are barn doors.
