::May not have all the bells and whistles that the pricier hotels have but the staff makes up for it with outstanding customer service!! Beds are comfortable and the prices are affordable! Will definitely stay with them again!

::Great location - convenient access to the Gulch, Music Row, West End, Vanderbilt, etc. Could also walk to Broadway of desired. Rooms are small, but just what you need. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

::Super friendly staff. Pet friendly hotel in an "okay" location. Most of the action is within a 1 mile walking distance (which is good since any rideshare would get caught in traffic anyway) Room was a little small and the shower curtain smelled. I still would return if I had a pet with me

::Clean, high quality rooms, amazing location for my visit to Vanderbilt. This hotel made sure I got a good night's sleep before my visit. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure ahead of time the room was actually ready, once I arrived they helped make sure I found my room quickly, and on my way out, their encouragement helped me feel good about my visit. I plan to come back here for all future visits.

::If you want to be treated like royalty while in Nashville, the Comfort In will treat you right. First off the staff at the front desk were just great, friendly and accommodating. I had no reservation at the time but they fit me in and I'm glad they did, just really swell people from the front desk right down to the maid staff and the gentleman sweeping the hallway. Room was big, beds were in good shape and comfortable, Ice box, microwave and lots of cable TV make you feel right at home. But that's not the best part.... It gets better. DON'T Miss breakfast on the 3rd floor breakfast room. More wonderful people working the breakfast room and this was no continental (apple & banana deal) quickie breakfast. This was a full blown restaurant style, Omlets the way you like them, eggs of all kinds, biscuits and gravy, donuts, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee and much more. My recommendation is to go there enjoy your night in the room and get your butt out of bed for breakfast before 9 AM. Last comment: the hotel is a bit pricey, I'm not sure if that was due to a special event being held down town. But you know what - you get what you pay for in this life, all things considered - combined with the wonderful staff. IT WAS WORTH IT.
