We had to come in from Florida with a medically complex child who was requiring care at the local children's hospital. Upon calling ahead before we arrived, Ms. Pat and her front desk staff, couldn't have been more accommodating. They were able to place us in an area where we had access to a door to go in and out, so we didn't have to go through the lobby. The room was great- very clean, modern, and could hold all of our things, plus all the medical equipment he required. The location is great- it's quiet, close to the interstate and 1.6 miles away from the major hospitals. I can't say enough good things about this Marriott property. After spending 6 days there it felt like a home away from home. The hotel staff was kind, caring, and courteous, always checking on us to make sure we were taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone needing to stay in Cincinnati for these kind of circumstances, you won't be disappointed.

This was a nice place to stay for a short business trip. There's not much you can get to without a car, but it was quick to get to and from the highway and then to the airport and to my meetings. The room was nice: clean and big with plenty of space to spread out and work. The bathroom had the toilet in one room and shower in another, so that was a bit weird. Maybe nice if you're staying with another person.

The suite is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. However, there are no restaurants nearby. Their location is too close to the freeway. The coffee in the lobby is either empty or cold. The dining room ambient temperature is on the cold side. Their hot breakfast has a nice selection of food. But I find the eggs overcooked and rubbery. This hotel is not worth the price.

The bad reviews on here are very accurate. We thought it was a one-off situation when we booked a room to stay here for a surgical procedure at the local hospital that requires six days of care in the Cincinnati area. My wife had to move rooms the night before surgery and got moved to a dirty room with neighbors blasting their music into the night and yelling in the hall (the original reason for moving rooms). The guests were super rowdy, and honestly, we felt it was not a safe place to stay at all. This hotel does not represent Marriott well as we are platinum elite members and have never experienced anything like this. We would not recommend staying here and would love to speak with Marriott to voice other personal concerns that we observed while staying here. We ended up checking out a day early just to get away from the property.
