Excellent place to stay. Rooms are clean and quiet. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Daughter loved the indoor pool. Definitely recommend the attached restaurant. Hadn't planned to eat at the hotel but a rainy evening kept us in and Spoon and Cellar delivered. Oustanding food and service. Only issue was lack of towels provided in the room, booked for 3 guests but the room is only prepared for 2.

I received exceptional customer service from Katie at front desk. She went well beyond her duties to help make my visit to the hotel and Cincinnati enjoyable. She is a 10-star worker. My 1st time stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The only complaint is paying for parking, which is not owned by hotel. This location is close to Hertiage arena so I used a Lift to attend concert. Enjoyed the breakfast selection, but had to pay almost $18 thought it came with room. Nice bar area to socialize.

Fine hotel with a good downtown location. Appears recently renovated. We found it to be clean and generally in good condition. Easy and convenient garage parking next door, though it is $12 a day so keep that in mind. Several restaurants nearby within walking distance, though all required reservations on the Friday night we stayed (ended up at the bar). I would stay here again.

A few blocks from the casino but a nice walk. Can get lost if don't pay attention. The motel was friendly clean and if ya don't know to use your room key at elevator you can be there for a few wondering why not moving. Swipe card it moves. Room service a bit a pushy to get into room before you check out . Wasn't comfortable with that part. Nice place to stay.

Jacob and staff were amazing. I was assisted in getting a room after traveling more than 5 hours and leaving a cheesy hotel. Jacob was waiting for me to get there, after my son called and told him I was in need of a room. I was one stop away from sleeping in my car. Thank you Holiday Inn for hiring such a thoughtful staff.
