  Need more things here for the neighborhood. As if 9/21/17, a tobacco store and Ace Check Cashing is the only stores that are in this neighborhood shopping center. Hopefully the new owner fills this place up with tenants. (And he will!) 9/26/17 Just found out yesterday that the neighborhood eye-sore (spring garden ave shopping center) has a new owner. I know this new owner and he DOES have a tenant for the old Shop-N-Save. It should be a Dollar Store, where everything is $1. "Dollar Tree" I think is the name. Should be happening ASAP, he doesn't leave property's sit idle for long...
