  If I could, I would rate it zero stars. The service was trash, and the employee had a horrible attitude. He wanted to charge me the wrong order, and he got mad because I wouldn't pay for the wrong order. Mind you this, I didn't have the food yet, and I was waiting there for about 35 minutes just to get trashy service. Couldn't get the order correct and couldn't bring the order out to me. Total time 45 minutes, and that was a waste of my time.

  I wish there was another location nearby. I go every time cause I really like sonic but every single time I go to this location it’s at least a 30 minute wait at the stall. Customer service is poor most of the times with the only exception of one guy that works overnight at this location, I can’t recall the name but I spoke to him once and pointed out his great customer service skills. I am not sure if they were having issues with the speaker but I had to repeat my order at least 5 times. The card reader wasn’t working either. Worst experience here so far.

  We ordered tots & slushy. Tots were hot and fresh and the slushy was good. No complaints for our first time at this location. Staff was friendly too.

  Worst service ever. Ordered my food waited 20-30 mins and did not receive my order. Asked where my order was and they said that that they didn't have an order even though they took my order and told me they amount of it. I just left. Will never come back. And will recommend others not to eat there as well. If I could give zero stars I would.

  I will never go to Cicero's again - cheeseburgers were cold, hard and dry, lemonade tasted like rotten lemons and unfiltered water, fries were cold...worst burger I've ever had? I have tried other locations and the cheeseburgers are very good. I hope it was just a bad day but they were so bad I would never go back.
