::I came to this location because I had a T Mobile free whopper. I am older and do not understand apps very well. So I didn’t know how to get the free whopper, luckily!!! VANESSA CAME TO THE RESCUE!! She explained everything even took the time to SHOW ME how to order. She was VERY POLITE very nice and very sweet. This young lady made me feel so happy for going to eat there. This is the ONLY location I will be going to from now on…. And if the higher up sees this: VANESSA DESERVES A RAISE!!!!!!!!

::Horrible communication here, if the food is going to take longer than expected someone should come to the window and let us know sorry for the wait your food will be out soon. Instead I was waiting staring at a employee washing dishes and filling up ketchup and not once anybody came to the window to let me know what’s going on, had to pull into the parking lot and get out and go inside to get my food. We all don’t get 1 hour lunch breaks to spend in a fast food drive thru line. Fix this issue here ASAP.

::Got refused service here because I drive a semi truck! Went In to get some lunch they where slow not to many cars In the parking lot I parked my semi truck (without a trailer just the semi) and took up 2 spaces went inside and got rudely told I couldn’t park there and I had to move immediately and that they weren’t going to take my order. So I ended up leaving and went to the McDonald’s down the same plaza where they were friendly and welcoming unlike Burger King. Never going there again! Horrible customer service

::Stopped by here because we were looking at cars to buy but didn’t go through. Clean restaurant and nice people. Sits in a big plaza with food 4 less, hibachi buffet, IHOP, target and other stores near by. This street gets pretty busy during traffic peak. Highway is nearby and Walmart across the street. A few oil company and other company’s nearby as well maybe that’s why it’s so busy.
