::the man at the desk did an excellent job. very good customer service. there is a $100 deposit made at check-in for incidentals. they may have been understaffed or had poor housekeeping, but we tried 2 rooms and found them uncleaned and the beds unmade. finally, after going to the desk the 3rd time, the man went and found a room that had been cleaned. it was fairly decent. nothing exceptionally good or bad. no breakfast. I suppose that's because each room is a suite that comes with a kitchen. the hallways seemed quite grubby and smelly, but often hotels do. overall, I would not recommend it to a friend, but if you are looking for a suite with a kitchen for a decent price, this will work well for you.

::Management is EXTREMELY rude especially when you try to inform them of a few things that needed to be taken care of (the nice night clerk told us after she noted items to tell management in the morning. I had to take pictures so that we don't get charged for anything extra. I'm pretty laid back as is my husband and generally could care less about a few things wrong in a hotel room but this place was a mess. Clean dishes per the sign? Nope! They were filthy. Couldn't use the kitchen at all as there were not enough utensils, the dishes were dirty, could not turn the water on because the disposal smelled terrible, the cabinet that holds the microwave was almost out of the wall, the towels were stained and had holes, the curtain rod in the bathroom was almost out of the wall, the TV barely worked, the recliner was busted. It's a jumaji animal stampede throughout the whole night and you hear everything. Noise in hotels, who cares, I mean it's how many people in a building but again who knew that there was an all nighter part going on with the whole hotel (I mean seriously though). 1 of us cleans and the other is a contractor and for safety/liability issues we wanted to make sure that no one gets hurt. The potential for a severe injury is there. There is also no upkeep on the floors inside the hotel and they are slick and I saw people sliding. The upside is that the bed is comfy and boy does the heat work! We did leave pretty early since we really couldn't use the room.

::I stayed at this hotel 11/25 to be close to the airport and it was not that bad. The front desk was friendly and polite however the check in area was very cramped. It didn’t have a lobby. They had so many Christmas decorations I thought I checked into the North Pole. It is several no smoking signs but it smelled like cigarettes everywhere. My room had a kitchen with a few kitchen utensils and the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The shower sucked, No hot water or pressure. For the price I would recommend.

::Very helpful and attentive to all my needs. Staff very friendly and helpful. I thank them in advance for all they have and are continuing to give to me during my stay! Also, have free laundry 5 washers/dryers.

::Man, this is a tough one. First of all, let me say that the staff there were all super friendly. I have no complaints there. To some extent, you have to know that you pay for what you get and these rooms are very reasonably priced. That being said, my biggest issue is with their deposit fee. We got two rooms so the deposits start adding up quick! It just doesn’t give a person a warm and fuzzy feeling. We had no issues with this and the deposits were both refunded but with some of the issues that were preexisting in the rooms, we were just hoping that the staff knew that we didn’t break anything, it was like that before we got there. The towel holders in both rooms, for example, fell off the wall. I am posting pictures from the room I stayed it but I know there were other issues in the other room like the soap dispenser was broken off the wall and the shampoo pump broken with it. If you’re going to charge a deposit, your rooms should be maintained to the point that I don’t think I’m going to get charged for something I didn’t do. They should be immaculate. Place definitely needs some TLC. They need to go from room to room and clean air vents at the very least. We were only there to sleep so it served it’s purpose. If they did some deep cleaning and lost the deposit fee I’d probably go back, regardless of furniture condition. I’m actually back in the area this week for a few days for work but I decided to spend a bit more and stay 14 miles away in a Holiday Inn Express this time. Furniture here is in much better shape, cleaner vents, and no deposit.
