::Was first confused by the charge at the desk. The double security deposit and paying for parking after having to drive in circles to find a parking spot. I am a Hilton Honors member but ended up booking through a third party, the prices were better sadly. Our room was next to the fitness center, which was nice for my morning workout. However the bed is next to the free weights, which is very noisy. I called for extra blankets and pillows. The front desk never answered. The couch was a little worn. No fitted sheet on bed. The breakfast was great as usual. Love the made to order omeletes. The pool was FREEZING! The water and the actual pool area were so cold. It was so cold that people were wearing jackets to sit around the pool area. The hot tub has been filled with concrete which was disappointing. My daughter and I only could swim for 30 minutes due to her shivering. The happy hour was nice. You can now pay up upgrade your happy hour as well. Dinner was chaotic. The poor bartender was running everything. Takeout, a full bar, food running and serving tables. I felt so bad for her. She was very apologetic, which I don't feel she should have to be. I'm sure she doesn't choose to run it all alone. I know Staffing is tough everywhere. My daughter and I wanted to have a sit down dinner, unfortunately that isn't possible at this time. I have been taking my daughter to this location for over 4 years. I'm not sure we will use this location for our next stay cation.

::Was very inviting when we walked in. Check in was fast. The staff was helpful and very polite. They answered any questions I had. Upon check in they give you 2 free drink vouchers and they have snacks from a certain time in evening. The room was spacious and clean. The wifi was easy to connect to. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel if we are in the area

::Love staying at this hotel. Cowboy Jacks is next to this hotel and we usually stop there for food and drinks. Wanted to use the hot tub only to find out it was cemented in! That was disappointing. The pool is usually busy with young families. The breakfast is always a treat.

::Had a great stay here over Thanksgiving. Weโve stayed here before, but this experience was really great. Staff were awesome - Joe at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. So were all the breakfast staff. Also, we always miss the happy hour when we stay at an Embassy Suites, but ended up back at the hotel in time the last day of our stay. It was awesome! Canโt believe we missed out before. In addition to beer, wine, and soda, you can also get a simple cocktail. Plus, great snacks, including this fancy cake! Excited to stay here again next time weโre in the Twin Cities.

::Really nice decor, nice pool and sauna. Breakfast is decent but does offer a full service buffet style breakfast. Rooms are very nice and comfy. Staff is iffy, done are very nice and some you can tell they hate dealing with ppl. But overall it's a great hotel to stay at whether from our of town or just need a getaway it'll suit your needs well . There aren't any smoking rooms though.
