  Staff are super friendly and helpful! Front office could be better at returning calls but overall great experience, living here next year!

  This apartment is an absolute ripoff of a place to live and if you accidentally damage a cheap door or anything in your apartment they will find a way to give you "strikes" and with said strikes they made me pay $1,000 for two very cheap damaged doors that are $80 when purchased. They didn't even fix the doors... and the customer service is terrible because you cannot even get ahold of the front office when needed, and also I might add that they leave your mail sitting in the open for anyone to take with nobody around watching it. Horrible apartment and horrible service, I would absolutely never live here again.

  Extremely innefficient service at the front office. Arrogant and incapable of proper billing (one example). Regardless of their inefficiencies it's always the client/renters fault. When calling and/or emailing specific questions and concerns - they simply ignore your calls with the expectation that you will continue trying to reach them for a voice to voice conversation. Very disappointed.

  Almost impossible to get management to do anything, including returning a phone call or an email. My daughter was in a 4 x 2 with 3 roommates assigned by management, she is a good student, but partying seems to be the priority in this building. Very little security and no curfew enforcement. I had to move her out to another building so she could study, and of course they won't let you out of the lease, so now I'm paying for 2 units. It's worth it just to get her away from this building. If you're serious about your studies, be careful, and pick your roommates carefully because management will do nothing for you. If you want a party lifestyle, sign up.

  This management company is the WORST. I have put 4 other children through college and have never experienced anything like this place. I have called and e-mail several times with no response. When I do talk to someone about not getting back to me they say I think I sent you an e-mail. Very low class and absolutely no follow through or organization at all. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS
