  This place is a 10 out of 10. The management is outstanding and loves to help out when needed. They go above and beyond the minimal standard. If you want to live at a nice clean apartment complex for a reasonable price then you have to sign a lease here. There are many amenities that are included in living here like 24-hour Fitness Center, 24-Hour Study Lounge which also includes computers and printing. A swimming pool and basketball court. Living here for the past two years have really made my college career better, not just because of saving money with the rent but also with the great staff that works here. Sign a lease here at the Standard.

  The internet is community wide, so it can be a bit slow at times. Also the mantinence team can be slow to deal with problems. (These issues are getting better however) But overall I think this property is an amazing place to spend your college years!! The management is very friendly and the price is affordable compared to other apartments. Would definitely recommend this place!!

  Absolute worst off-campus student apartments. Don’t let the reviews fool you - I used to work in the front office and we wrote fake reviews for other properties in exchange for fake reviews for ours. Management is extremely inattentive. I have had a pigeon problem for over a year and there are WiFi and shuttle issues on a weekly basis. The price seems appealing in comparison to other student housing options, but I would not recommend this property to anyone as you don’t even get what you pay for.

  Awesome complex to live at!!! Love their floor plans. They have spacious bedrooms and individual balconies and patios. It's a safe community that is gated and also has 24 hour surveillance. Their amenities are great. I specially like that the gym is open 24/7 and I appreciate that we have our own tanning salon available to us. Also, the staff is amazing! Maintenance is always prompt and efficient and gets our requests done. The front office is always helpful and able to answer my questions and handle my concerns. Thank you!!!

  I am moving from Texas, and I recently signed my lease here in Tuscon at Stone Avenue. I toured five places in the area and the office staff at Stone Avenue absolutely blew me away. I was greeted before I even entered the building by a member of the maintenance staff. A super friendly leasing agent gave me a great tour and left no questions unanswered. The major selling point for me would have to be the garages provided, Very nice security benefit!
