  The office at the front desk is so arrogant. I understand there must be so many visitors there. But his attitude is so nasty.

  Staff was friendly, extremely helpful and the whole process was much more timely and productive than anticipated. My only complaint is that slurpees are not allowed inside and the guard is not particularly sympathetic when one experiences brain freeze induced by trying to drink it quickly.

  I went there several months ago. Fast service and friendly staff. The only things is that the man sitting in front of the door, playing his phone, was very impatient.

  Went there to change status on my social security. They took my old social security card, and told me a new card would be mailed to me in 2 weeks. I waited, no new card mailed in after 4 weeks. So I called the phone service, was told my status had never been changed.
