::My first time at this place and this lady yelled at me because I was not at the dot. So I tilf her shush and she told me " no you shush , you know that covid is still around". I didnt want to aruge with her so I just went back. She also spent almost 30 minutes " in the bathroom". There was a long line of people and there was only one person there! If you want a job aleast be nice to your costumers

::Paid for overnight guaranteed shipping on an item. 60 dollars. Item was returned to sender. Brought back item and they would not honor the guarantee, even with the receipt and all stickers and info still attached. They said I shouldn’t have opened the box, but I explained that it was returned to sender (very late by the way - approx a week after I sent it overnight) and it had a perishable food item in it. I had to take the food item out to not damage the other items in this care package. This was beyond their understanding, so I ended up losing out on the $60 dollars (some guarantee!), plus the 50 dollars for the gourmet food item enclosed since it was not sent back in a timely fashion and I had to throw it out, plus I had to pay to send out again. Total rip off and very disappointing .

::If you want to hire people who hate their job at least put a self service machine at your location so we don't have to wait on lines. And what is this where we have to write the address with a permanent marker? Where are your machines that print the address? Horrible.

::Absolutely the worst place ever. I had a 1:30 appointment for which I was asked to show up 10 minutes early so I did and as soon aa I get there, the manager asks me if I have an appointment and I said yes so then he asks me to wait which I did patiently for over 30 minutes and then when I finally got fed up of waiting, I asked one of the employees as to how long this is going to take. She goes in the back and starts talking about how I have been waiting there for so long and then they all started laughing. So rude!! I would give them no stars if I could.

::I took the first appointment to get my passport, 9:30am. I get an email that says to get there 10 minutes early and have my docs ready. I took time off work for this appointment so of course I was there 15 minutes early. But Jeanine, the only person who does passports apparently, strolled in around 9:45am taking her sweet time and chit chatting with the other staff. I was livid. I made it a point to let the chit chatters know that they are paid to be there while I lose money every second I'm there. Needless to say the whole experience was terrible. I left there with a huge knot in my stomach. The nerve to ask me to be there early so that I don't inconvenience you but yet you can walk in 15 minutes late to inconvenience me. Unacceptable!
