  The place is nice and clean. The housekeeper is also nice and he takes everything with calm. You have full kitchen access (the kitchen is fully equipped) to cook if you want to save money buying your own food. The house is well placed, near two subway stations and the neighborhood is full of restaurants, convenience stores, services, etc. Also, it's one of the cheapest neighborhoods in NYC. Recommended place to stay if you want a nice, simple and cheap place to stay.
