  Good clean new place. Very little outside noise even being the Bronx. Price is high but good stay overall.

  Great hotel! Newly built or renovated. It was very clean and the staff was lovely. Very nice breakfast.

  Charles here at Comfort Inn saves the day. We waited in he lobby of the Hotel Penn in downtown NYC for HOURS waiting to check in for our prepaid reserved room before they told the 30 people in line they had no rooms. I had my one year old son with me and they says maybe at 7am we’d have a room. No other hotels had a room but I called here and they said come on down. We show up at 3am and he was kind, patient in my flustered state and even helped us with parking so we could get up to bed. The room is clean and well stocked and has like seven pillows.

  This is the best budget hotel in NYC. It is clean, friendly, and amazingly helpful. Every member of staff was polite and well trained. Thank you for a lovely stay.

  Clean good service. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. No hassled check in and check outs. Great location. Close to every thing NYC.
