This is seriously one of the best happy hour spots in Pittsburgh. Hands down - great menu, great atmosphere, great drinks and awesome service.

Honestly I don't even remember the food, our server was so charismatic I passed out from his charm. I think I had a beer and the tuna but who could really say, Nick had me breathless the whole time. Soba was incredible, I think, like I said I don't recall much besides our server and leaving with a feeling of pure elation.

Very good for Asian food. I got the dumplings and spicy tuna roll and they were delicious. However my fiancee got the steak and it was good but we've definitely had better. Overall, love the place and the location, and I would recommend it to people.

We came here to celebrate our birthdays and loved our dinner. Everything looked so good we decided to order a few sushi rolls and several small plates and everything was delicious. Get the Chilean Sea Bass, you won't regret it. Our server recommended the Shrip Tempura I believe, and it was also fantastic. Service was great and the atmosphere was perfect for our special night. I would definitely recommend Soba!

Soba is fairly pricey. The service was great, maybe the best I have ever had. I had crispy tofu appetizer that was spicy, but that was not surprising. My one complaint was that the only vegetarian entree was this very spicy thing (something something Bi Bim Bap). I am sure they would have made another entree vegetarian, but for me there is an issue of being welcoming to vegetarians and vegans (the dish I had had egg) .
