  This isn’t my first visit here @ Smoothie King, however it will be my last. I had to wait upon arrival. A young lady was conversing with a gentleman. Then another gentleman comes from the back & takes my order. “The Hulk”- small, please I say. After waiting for about 25 mins I leave with my smoothie which seemed to be not as firm as i remembered previously. I drank it @3:30 pm or thereabouts as i drove home and later that evening my stomach started to hurt me terribly. That’s when it all began. After five (5) days of feeling horrible I finally went to an urgent care facility to be diagnosed with GASTROENTERITIS- ACUTE+. 😩 I am on medication to alleviate the symptoms I’ve had for days now….. The team must be careful when preparing food/drinks for public consumption. We are trusting you. This is a terrible situation to be in sick for days and on Mother’s Day too!!!😢 Update on 5/23/2023 @4:30pm I called the Columbia location and the manager didn’t state her name but started asking me question after question. I felt like she was gaslighting me about how I stated I was ill after drinking THE HULK smoothie. When i asked her name she hung up one me. That’s rude and customer service isn’t clearly their aim here. I am totally disgusted and will NEVER set foot there again!!!!

  Maybe the online ordering is better. Arrived at 11:30am and got in line to place an order. It took 60 mins before our three drinks were ready (a large smoothie, one kids strawberry smoothie, and one kids chocolate smoothie). This was my first time at this place but it will also be my last time.

  Bad customer service always overshadows a good product. There are two people working and while the gentleman who took our order was at least pleasant- the lady was very rude and unpleasant. There was a long wait - and we were not notified that it would be one. When I asked how much longer it would be she responded with a very nonchalant and flippant answer “when it’s ready to be scooped you’ll get it”. I could have kept my $ in my pocket. We are late for an event and the unprofessionalism and lack of quality service didn’t help

  I've never had a bad smoothie at this place. My issue is every time I come here it smells like someone stunk up the bathroom and left the door open. This has happened multiple times over a few years. I don't know what the issue is, but I don't want to get food made in a place that smells. I don't know how the employees can stand it. The location in Wilde Lake does not have this issue, so I guess I'll just stick with that one. Hopefully they get this issue resolved, but if not, that's on them. I won't be dealing with that smell anymore.

  Horrible store! The customer service is nonexistent. The manager is rude and she works like she doesn’t want to be there. They leave your smoothie sitting there and walk all around it doing other stuff. Had me waiting almost 20 minutes for 1 smoothie! Go to another smoothie store! Save your time and money! Please call corporate on them so they can get it together.
